Upcoming Price Adjustment – Effective 1st April 2026

From 1st April 2026, in accordance with your terms and conditions, we will be applying an average price increase of 6.1% across our products and services, including personal training and membership options.

This adjustment reflects the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in November 2025 (3.2%), alongside additional increases to help us manage rising operational costs and continue delivering a high-quality training experience for our members.

This average increase of 6.1% contributes towards:

Facility improvements – Maintaining and improving our training space and amenities

Equipment maintenance and upgrades – Ensuring safe, modern, and reliable equipment

Enhanced class experiences – Supporting new training programmes, additional sessions, and improved member services

Operational costs – Covering rising expenses such as utilities, rent, insurance, renovations, and ongoing maintenance

These changes will be reflected in Direct Debits collected on or after 28th March 2026.

Why We’re Adjusting Prices

When setting this adjustment, we carefully considered the following:

Inflation & Rising Costs – While CPI for 2025 stands at 3.2% (published November 2025), key costs such as rent, utilities, insurance, wages, and maintenance continue to rise at a faster rate.

Industry Standards – Many fitness providers apply annual increases in the region of 3–7% to maintain service quality and long-term sustainability.

Sustainability & Growth – An average increase of 6.1% allows us to reinvest in facilities, instructor development, and new training opportunities.

Fair & Transparent Pricing – We aim to balance affordability with the realities of rising costs, while remaining open and clear about how pricing decisions are made.

Independent Gym Access – Available via pay-as-you-go or discounted monthly gym memberships

Free Gym Access for Personal Training Clients – 30 minutes of gym use after sessions (terms apply)

Free Gym Access for Unlimited Club Members – Included as part of Unlimited Club Memberships (terms apply)

Remote Training from £12 per session – Fully tailored workouts with expert guidance, wherever you train
