Why are prices increasing?

From 1st April 2026, we are applying an average price increase of 6.1% across our products and services.
This reflects:

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of 3.2% (published November 2025), and

Additional increases to cover rising costs such as rent, utilities, insurance, equipment maintenance, and facility improvements.

This allows us to continue delivering high-quality coaching, safe facilities, and a great overall training experience.

What does “average increase of 6.1%” mean?

An average increase means:

Some memberships or services may increase by slightly less than 6.1%

Others may increase by slightly more, depending on the service type and associated costs

We’ve aimed to keep pricing as fair and balanced as possible across all offerings.

When will the new prices take effect?

The updated prices will apply from 1st April 2026 and will be reflected in Direct Debits collected on or after 28th March 2026.

Why is the increase higher than CPI?

While CPI for 2025 is 3.2%, many of the costs involved in running the gym rise faster than CPI, including:

Rent and utilities

Insurance

Equipment replacement and maintenance

Renovations and facility upkeep

Instructor development and wages

The additional increase helps ensure the club remains sustainable without reducing class quality or services.

How does this compare to other gyms?

Across the fitness industry, annual increases of 3–7% are common. Our average increase of 6.1% sits within this range and allows us to continue improving the club while remaining competitive and affordable.

What do members get for this increase?

Your membership continues to include strong value, such as:

Unlimited training options (for qualifying memberships)

Free gym access for Unlimited Club Members (terms apply)

Free gym access for personal training clients (30 minutes post-session, terms apply)

Discounted one-to-one coaching and block bookings

Online and remote training options via our app

No card processing fees — we absorb these costs

Modern equipment, clean facilities, and ongoing improvements
