Upcoming Price Adjustment – Effective 1st April 2025

From 1st April 2025, in accordance with your terms and conditions, we will be adjusting the monthly charge of your price plan(s) by up to 5.9% for certain services. This increase reflects the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published on 15 January 2025 (2.5%), plus an additional 3.4% to help us continue delivering the best experience for our members.

The additional 3.4% will contribute towards:

Facility improvements – Keeping our training space, and amenities up to a standard.

Maintain and upgrade equipment – Ensuring pads, bags, gloves, and other training gear are kept in top condition.

Enhance class experiences – Supporting new training programs, additional sessions, and improved member services.

Operational costs – Covering rising costs such as utilities, rent, insurance, and maintenance.

This change will be reflected in Direct Debits collected on or after 28th March 2025.

When setting this adjustment, we carefully considered several factors:

Inflation & Rising Costs – The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for 2025 is 2.5%, but essential costs such as rent, utilities, insurance, and wages often rise at a faster rate.

Industry Standards – Many businesses apply annual increases between 3-7%, ensuring they can continue delivering services without compromising quality.

Sustainability & Growth – A moderate increase beyond CPI allows us to reinvest in facility improvements, instructor development, and new training opportunities.

Fair & Transparent Pricing – We have kept our increase below the higher industry range, balancing affordability with the need to cover costs.

Unlimited Training – Members attending 12+ classes per month can continue to enjoy unlimited access at no extra cost.

Lower Prices for Direct Debit Members – Our pay-as-you-train option remains more expensive, ensuring Direct Debit members get the best value.

Seamless Online Booking – Our user-friendly system makes managing your training simple and hassle-free.

No Extra Fees – We continue to cover all debit and credit card processing fees, meaning no unexpected charges.

Flexible Online & Remote Training – Access online personal training via our app, perfect for those who need training on the go.

Block Booking Discounts – Save on one-to-one sessions by booking in advance.

Independent Gym Access – Members can train independently in the gym via pay-as-you-go or a discounted monthly membership.

Free Gym Access for Personal Training Clients – Personal training clients can enjoy 30 minutes of free gym use after their session (terms apply).

Free Gym Access for Team Memberships – All club members on a Team Membership can now use the gym facilities for free as part of their membership (terms apply).

Remote Training from £12 Per Session – Get fully tailored workouts that fit your budget, with expert guidance no matter where you train.
