Searching for the right trainer can be a difficult - rest assured Elemental Fitness offers a personal training experience where you can embrace the friendliness and positive relationship with a local trainer whilst maintain professionality and approachability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, American Express, PayPal and direct debit payments.
When can I train?
We are open between 6.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday, and 07.00am and 2pm on Saturday. Training can take place between these hours.
Can I visit the facilities before booking?
Yes. If you would prefer to visit the facilities before booking an induction please email us on [email protected] or call on 0113 205 7433 to make arrangements.
Can I train with a friend or family member?
Yes. We offer two to one and group training on a private tuition basis.
Do you offer one to one kickboxing coaching?

Do you offer remote training?
Yes. Remote training can be set up via our app independently or as a hybrid package combined with face to face personal training. You only pay for what you will use. For more details on remote training please see here.
Can I use the gym facilities independently?
Yes. We offer gym access on pay as you go basis or monthly direct debit to existing members using our personal training or group class services. For more information please see here.
How do I get started?
The easiest way to get started is to book your induction with a personal trainer here.
Alternatively you can contact us via email [email protected] or telephone on 0113 205 7433 to book in direct or arrange a free visit to view the facilities and have a chat.
Do you offer nutritional advice?
Yes. As part of your training we are happy to offer guidance on nutrition and provide a comprehensive induction including body fat measurements, basal metabolic late and lifestyle questions to help us understand and offer guidance. This process can be repeated every 6 weeks to track your progress.

What is included in my first session?
Its not unusual to be nervous when starting a new fitness program with a personal trainer. The primary focus of your first session (induction) is to establish what you want to achieve from training and how we can help. Your induction to training with us is a great way to ease yourself in, become familiar with the facilities and our trainers.
