Embarking on a marathon journey requires careful planning and progressive training. To help we are designing new workout routines that track your running progress and steadily build towards completing a marathon. Keep your eyes peeled for the following programs.

For those still finding their feet our popular Couch to 5K program, ideal for beginners to develop a solid running base.

Following this, the 5K to Half Marathon plan bridges the gap, increasing endurance and mileage gradually.

Once you're comfortable with the half marathon distance, the 26 Weeks to Run 26.2 Miles program guides you step-by-step towards marathon readiness, focusing on longer runs and stamina.

Finally, the Race Fitness Prep phase fine-tunes your speed, pacing, and race-day strategy, ensuring you're in peak condition when you toe the starting line. This structured approach allows for manageable progress, making the marathon goal attainable, no matter your starting point.
