12 days of Christmas (Revisited)

It is commonplace on the 'tinterwebs' nowadays to see list of 10 reason to start a certain thing or to avoid or more often than not a list of celebs who have let themselves go (you won’t believe number 7!!). It is always the same format and uninspiring to give a valid reason to why you should do what it asks or some internet diarrhoea that wastes your time.

Over Christmas 2019 the staff at Elemental Fitness had to decided how they would get across the legitimate reasons to join their gym and start your 2020 the correct way. They finally went with using the traditional ‘12 days of Christmas’ carol to convey their justifications on why you should be part of the Elemental Fitness extended family – all this without a botched plastic surgery in sight.
