Remain cautious and calm!

With daily updates from the government and regular changes we have devised a plan to help employee’s and members understand the steps we may introduce over the coming weeks and the options available to you as the situations develops.

As in our previous blog Coronavirus (COVID-19) - a significant concern for all, Employees & Customers information. Update 16.03.20 all guidelines are still advised with the addition of self isolation for 14 days should you or someone you are living with have a persistent cough and/or a high temperature/fever. None essential travel is advised with many restaurants, bars and exercises classes have closed.

We want to thank everyone so far for their continued support, classes have been quiet, and cancellations have been large, but your regular contact and positive attitudes have been nicely received. This will not be the end of Elemental Fitness Ltd, we will not fold and we will overcome this as a club and a business.


Phase 1 – Business as usual

Classes and one to one training will continue as normal. Should a member need to self-isolate or not attend classes due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak flexibility in your membership will be provided. Please email a member of our team on info@elemental-fitness.com letting us know. Due to the high volume of cancellations at this time we require all members to email to help us manage your request.


Phase 2 – Group class closure only (in line with England’s school closures as of 20.03.20)

Group classes will be cancelled for the foreseeable future therefore we have devised 3 options below:

- Use any missed classes at a future date. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use your membership credit towards one to one training during this phase or within 6 months (current minimum & subject to change) of classes restarting. If you chose this option, you will receive 20% off your personal training. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- It is possible to pause your membership with immediate effect for reasons such as loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Email info@elemental-fitness.com


Personal training sessions will be scheduled as normal. If clients need to self-isolate these sessions will be carried forwards to use at another time. Where possible personal trainers will condense their hours and working days to limit social interaction by communicating with their clients on a case by case basis.


Phase 3 – Full closure of facilities (in line with England’s pubs, restaurants and gym closures as of 20.03.20)

Group classes will be cancelled for the foreseeable future therefore we have devised 3 options below:

- Use any missed classes at a future date. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use your membership credit towards one to one training within 6 months (current minimum & subject to change) of facilities reopening. If you chose this option, you will receive 20% off your personal training. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Pause your membership with immediate affect due to loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use any missed personal training sessions to a future date within 6 months (current minimum & subject to change) of business reopening. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Pause your membership with immediate affect due to loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

During phase 3 subject to company income and government support all staff will continue to work for Elemental Fitness Ltd.


Phase 4 – Return of Personal Training Services (as of 21.07.20)

Personal training sessions will be scheduled as previously arranged and a trainer will be in touch with you.


Phase 5 – All services resumed (as of 21.08.20)

Personal Training and group classes will return to full operating hours.


Further Information

There will be monthly updates regarding the progress of the virus and how it impacts your membership dependent on which phase we have entered.

If you continue to pay your membership but worry you are gathering too many additional sessions, please get in touch by phone or email info@elemental-fitness.com.

Should phase 3 move beyond 3 months of closure or 30.06.20 all memberships will be paused until further notice.

**edit - as we now have a return date of July we do not plan to pause any member direct debits, however, if you would like to pause your membership for one month, please get in touch info@elemental-fitness.com**
