  • Feb Challenge: 500 Combos Challenge
  • Challenge Rules
  • Warm up consists of 5 minutes skipping and 3 one-minute rounds of leg raise into kick-ups.
  • The 500 combinations consist of 5 combos each, with 5 moves done 100 times (50 left and 50 Right).
  • All will be done on the punch bags in the ring and timed.
  • Your trainer will be the judge of what is accepted and will be keeping count. Whatever they say goes!
  • Setting pace is up to you. take a break if/when you need to for a drink or breather. The time will not stop though so be aware you’re on the clock until the last combination has been completed.
  • Combo 1: Jab, Cross, Front Arm Hook (Head), Reverse Arm Uppercut (Body), Front Arm Back Fist.
  • Combo 2: Front Leg Front Kick, Double Jab, Front Leg Roundhouse kick, Front Arm Back Fist.
  • Combo 3: Front Leg Side Kick, Front Arm Sideward Hammer Fist, Reverse Punch (Body), Front Arm Round Elbow, Front Arm Forward Elbow
  • Combo 4: Jab, Cross, Reverse Leg Outside Crescent Kick, Reverse Leg Roundhouse Kick, Double-up Front Arm Round Punch.
  • Combo 5: Jump Front Kick, Jump Back Fist into Superman Punch, Front Arm Round Elbow Strike, Jumping Reverse Leg Forward Knee Strike.

Every month members and clients of the EKA and Elemental Fitness will put themselves forward for a challenge that will push their body to its limits. These challenges will test speed, strength, endurance and potentially two or all three at once. After the year of challenges are complete (all 12) whoever comes top earns a prize.

  • Leaderboard Rules
  • Challenges can only be done in a Personal Training session (1-2-1)
  • You will be notified of the challenge 2 weeks before the start of the challenge month
  • There will be one challenge per month
  • You can attempt the challenege as many times as you like in the month as part of your personal training session
  • Points awarded for all those appearing on the leaderboard by the end of the month - 1st place gets 16 points all the way down to 16th getting 1 point
  • Prizes are yet to be announced
  • The winner will be declared on 28th of the challenge month
  • All challenges must be done with correct form. This is decided by your trainer.
  • The leaderboard challenges are crated for friendly competition and not compulsory. Please no arguments and certainly no cheating!
