  • Challenge:
  • All exercises are body weighted and must be completed with proper form.
  • This is a timed circuit. Rest can be taken whenever, and pace is set by you.
  • First round starts on the jump rope. You’ll be tasked to do 100 revolutions as fast as possible
  • After this you’ll start 50 mountain climbers – again as fast as possible. Two movements are equal to one count.
  • Finally, you will move to the punch bag and complete 50 jab, cross, lead hook, reverse uppercuts in both left and right stance.
  • From here every subsequent round you’ll take away 10 revolutions from the rope, 5 reps from the mountain climbers and 5 counts from both the left and right stance on the bag work

Every month members and clients of the EKA and Elemental Fitness will put themselves forward for a challenge that will push their body to its limits. These challenges will test speed, strength, endurance and potentially two or all three at once. After the year of challenges are complete (all 12) whoever comes top earns a prize.
